1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using Growlio, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you are restricted from utilizing our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

Growlio leverages Google OAuth to secure your account. You agree to safeguard your credentials and assume full responsibility for all activities, credit usage, and file transactions associated with your logged-in session.

3. One-Time Credit System & Refunds

Growlio functions entirely on a non-subscription, prepaid credit ledger:

• No Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Refund Policy: Since processing power is immediately utilized on microservice calls, credits purchased are non-refundable unless there was a direct billing system failure verified by Stripe.

4. Permissible Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the online suite strictly for lawful activities. You explicitly agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or intercept headers of our backend processing microservices.
• Utilize automated scripts, scrapers, or botnets to run tool endpoints at massive scale.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, executable files, or content violating copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided strictly "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. Since all files are immediately destroyed from the runtime cache post-execution, we are not responsible for any file data loss or unretrieved text.
